This policy describes how PURUS VITAS LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the purusvitas.com website and the RoomProof app. We keep this simple because our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible, and what the app captures stays with you.
The RoomProof App
- Room measurements stay on your device. Measurement and room geometry data captured by RoomProof is stored locally on your iPad. We do not upload it to our servers.
- RoomProof does not require an account and does not collect personal information to function.
- If a future version adds optional features that transmit data (for example, sharing or backup), those features will be opt-in and this policy will be updated before they ship.
Our Website
- The purusvitas.com website is a static informational site. It does not use accounts, tracking cookies, or advertising.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell personal data. Ever.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not use your measurement data for advertising or profiling.
If you email us at [email protected], we keep your message so we can respond and follow up. We don't add you to any mailing list.
Children
Our website and apps are intended for professional use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
